Azrul Rahim

Azrul stumbled upon the world of Joomla when developing his own website. He then found that the commenting system that was available for Joomla was lacking in features. So, then he developed Jom Comment. Subsequently he developed a blogging system for Joomla called MyBlog.
Again, some insights he found out when fixing other people's website through support, he found out that there was a lack in social networking component for Joomla. So then he developed JomSocial which is used by over 100,000 websites in just two and the half years.
Azrul came from an Engineering background. He holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London, and has worked as an investment analyst at Malaysia's biggest investment corporation.
