How to create a module

In this session you learn how to create a module that uses an existing database. This is for people familiar with Joomla, but new to writing custom PHP extensions. You’ll get the most out of this class if you know PHP and HTML.

This is a hands-on session, so bring your laptops with a local version of Joomla 1.7 if you want to follow along to create your own module.
