Harnessing the power of social networks
Your site is up! Now what? Learn how to integrate your site with social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to maximize your exposure, start getting traffic, and be a part of the conversation for your users.
Topics will include the benefits of single-sign on authentication with 'big' social sites, how best to publicize your site to your users (and their friends), and how to integrate social features directly into your site so your users can promote your content for you.
The focus of this presentation will primarily be on JFBConnect, the Facebook integration extension used by the Joomla Extension Directory and tens of thousands of other Joomla sites, though other extensions for different networks and functionality will be discussed.
